We decided to do the same for our wedding and researched map vendors online. We’re extremely happy we found The Map Shop and chose to buy an old-world map, which now hangs on our bedroom wall, with colorful pushpins from our family and friends, from our wedding. The staff from The Map Shop were very friendly and helpful on the phone as we selected a map and asked for assistance. They had quite a ...selection of options for maps, as well as framing options. We ended up selecting a backing that made it easy to carry out the pushpin idea, but required the map to be sent mounted on a thin board. We were amazed at how quickly the map arrived, and how beautiful it looked when we opened the box. It’s truly one to be enjoyed! The Map Shop packaged and protected it very well for shipment, which was helpful as we moved the map from location to location in the days before and after the wedding.            Tom
