FAA Map Sample
The Federal
Aviation Administration needed a map that showed the location of every airport
in North Carolina, including elevation. The FAA provided latitude and longitude
coordinates and name of every airport. The information provided was enough to
geocode points. It now shows all the airports in North
Carolina. This
map could be useful for any set of customized points. The coverage area can
also be increased or decreased.
